Before your session, please:​
  • Toilet your dog before swimming starts.
  • 6 ft or shorter leash/dog under owners control at all times.
  • Brush excess dirt/hair.
  • No eating 2 hours before or 1 hour after swimming.
  • Use poop bags when your dog defecates (receptacle and bags provided)
Client Disclaimer and Agreement
I agree to the following terms and conditions:
  • I acknowledge that k9 Swim Center is not a veterinary clinic nor are the owners and staff veterinarians. The services provided are not medical procedures, but we do work under and with the co-operation and guidance of veterinarians.
  • I understand that for dogs recovering from surgery or any other veterinary procedure, all diagnosis and treatment must be recommended, approved and monitored by a veterinarian. At no time will k9 Swim Center diagnose, recommend treatment methods and/or determine the health of your dog. Any consultation provided by k9 Swim Center is intended solely as a review of the referring veterinarian's recommendations.
  • I agree to ensure all pre-session requirements are completed prior to my dog entering the water (see sidebar).
  • I agree that k9 Swim Center is not responsible for any injuries incurred while your dog(s) is at the facility or as a result of using the warm water pool. Dogs must be supervised by their owners/guardians at all times and kept on leash while inside and outside the building with the exception of the pool.
  • I agree that face covering must be worn by all humans upon entering and hand santiziser will be provided and must be used before heading upstairs. No exceptions.  
  • I understand that all first time appointments are with Scott.  
  • Tuesday’s and Friday’s from 9-1 are shared swim sessions.  New!
